Went old school last night, bringing back some memories from childhood.Mom’s salmon croquettes, so simple, so delicious. The only thing missing was the mashed potatoes.
Served with the DeForville Chardonnay it was just right. Fresh, clean, and crisp with apple and pear notes along with some light minerality. Both the good texture on the palate and the juicy finish worked well on my trip down memory lane. A nice Wines Under the Radar at a whopping $14!!
