We head down to South America for this week’s Wine Under the Radar – more precisely, Chile and the Itata Valley. This wine is produced from 100% Cinsault and is flat out delicious. Beautiful aromatics of cherry, rose petal, minerals, and an ever so slight hint of wood. Medium bodied with a full, smooth, rich finish. Somewhere in the $16 – $17 dollar range, this certainly fits the Wines Under the Radar bill!
