Always delightful. This ~$14 light yellow wine starts with a faint spritz that quickly dissipates (perfectly normal). Aromas of flowers, lime, light peach with a hint of minerals/quinine. The flavors are pure with notes of peach and apple. The wine has very good concentration on the palate, crisp acidity on the finish and is sooo satisfying. Worked perfectly with our Japchae dinner.
