Tried this beauty in Portland, OR at Trattoria Fillmore on Sept 18th, 2018. The aromas jump out of the glass lavender, anise, apple, and pure freshness. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with good punch of firm fruit and light herbs. Extremely well balanced and will definitely age well….but just drink it. 
It was a perfect match for an autumn salad of pomegranate, pistachios, and
